As you can see our maximum products are of consumable nature. Once order is delivered and the product is open it is not possible to repack and reuse by another customer. Our all products are as per the international guidelines and quality check is done prior to delivery. Covering the interest of the customer we do have 7 days return policy.
There are two ways of making return of the product :
- Pick up : In most of the locations, we offer pick up service from the door step of the customer. The option will be made available to you when you place a return request. As soon as the product is picked up from your location, the amount will be credited back to your account on the website in the form of gift coins which you can redeem while purchasing any other product of your choice.
- Self shipment: In case we don’t offer a pick up facility at a particular place, you can self ship the product on the address given by us and share with us the receipt of courier sent to us. Once we receive the product back, we will credit the amount in form of gift coins in your account which you can use in purchasing any item. Moreover the courier charges will also be borne by us and the gift coins equivalent to courier charges will be credited in your account.
No, some products are such of nature that once opened they cannot be reused by another customer like deodrants, perfumes, expensive watches, jewelry, sleepwear, lingerie etc. Such products cannot be returned unless received in broken condition.
Orders once placed can be cancelled only till the time it gets dispatched from the seller’s place. Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued in any condition.
You can create an account by clicking Create New Account button. You will have to fill the registration form for the same. You can use your GMAIL/Facebook/Mobile number to register as a user on our website.
We have facilitated you with many payment options such as GPAY, Credit or Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, Gift card or by using credit gift coins in your account.
Coupon codes are the codes generated by the management for providing extra discounts to the customers. Coupon code can be applied only when that particular coupon is under the validity. Different Coupons are issued by the company at different times and they carry different period of validity. Company is not liable to fulfil the discounts only by issuing the coupons if the coupons are not used within specific time.
We have a Seven day return policy. A request for returning any product can be placed within seven days of receipt of the product. Return policy will only apply if the product is received broken, or not what is ordered. There is no policy of testing the product and then return. Every product has its own characteristics according to which the return policy is made. You can check from the product description page for more information on the product return policy.
The product should be return in the same condition as it was received by you. It must carry all the tags, bill and the packaging in which it was received. During pick up our agent will do the quality check and if any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, the return may get disqualified. In cases where the customer is doing the self shipment, the quality check will be done at our warehouse and if the above mentioned conditions are not fulfilled we may return the product back to you through shipment.
Our website is the platform on which different sellers showcase their products. The prices are decided by the sellers themselves. Hence there is a great possibility that different sellers sell their product at different prices.
For Orders which are cancelled before dispatch, the refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours. For Orders returned, the refunds will be processed once the products are received back in our warehouse and pass the quality check.
You can easily recover your login details by clicking forgot login id or forgot password as the case may be. An OTP will be sent on your registered Mobile Number/Email and by using the OTP, you can easily recover the login details.
